How does the contractor marketplace work?

When you post jobs to the Repairs Done Right marketplace, we send them to our contractors as leads which they then have the opportunity to place a winning bid on.

We only send your jobs to the contractors who are in the relevant service category and who serve the area where your property is located.

For example, if you post a light switch replacement job for a property in the Columbus, Ohio downtown area, we'll only show it to electricians who have told us that they can deliver in Columbus Ohio.

Do I need to use Repairs Done Right for everything?

No, you can use Repairs Done Right for just one line of service - such as gutter cleaning or plumbing repairs - or as a one stop shop for all services. If you have a preferred partner or your own employees in a particular area, we can even add them on the platform so that they automatically receive the work orders you want them to have.
