A few words from Niklas Brodd, Chief Executive Officer
When we, started working on the idea that eventually became Repairs Done Right, we recognized that most apps in the property repair space were pretty basic. For instance people had been turning phone books into apps but not built much features beyond that.
And of course, it's more convenient to use an app rather than flipping through a phone book. So these apps satisfied a basic need. But in todays world - filled with automation and smart everything - we believe that we as a society need to start thinking bigger than just single task automation.
Managing your investment properties or contractor business can be cumbersome - far from any promise of passive income. Both real estate investors and contractors need better tools. And that's why Repairs Done Right was born!
Building this platform has required a willingness to challenge status quo and reinvent - sometimes even disrupt - ourselves. While we've already come far, we're not even 1% done with our work. Our continued success will come from stellar execution in building partnerships and continuing to refine and innovate our platform.
While we strive for perfection, I will never be perfect and neither will you. But we will always strive to get better and will listen to you in order to ensure our customers, partners and colleagues are treated with respect and dignity.
